- Exchange: For exchange requests, please contact our customer service after receiving the item.
- Return/Refund Request: Contact our customer service team to arrange return pickup and assistance.
- Change of Mind- Change of Product: You must notify us within 7 daysof receipt and return the product within 14 days. Return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Return Process: Returns must include all original packaging, gifts/samples. Items will be inspected upon arrival. If a courier other than Niance’s designated partner is used, the customer is responsible for any damage or loss.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact our customer service with a photo. We'll assist with replacement or refund.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3 business daysof item inspection. The actual time for the amount to reflect depends on your payment method.
- Note: Online purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded at offline stores.
